There are things in life that should be settled forever. There are certain things in life that you really shouldn't even have to pray about it. Some of these things, I'm going to be sharing here tonight and tomorrow; and I'm going to be speaking directly to the cadets, and to other people that are here that are in the military. But these same principles and these same spiritual laws govern our lives that are maybe not in military service, but we are soldiers in the army of the Lord. And we are to endure hardship as a good soldier, we are not civilians. If you have accepted Jesus of Nazareth as your Lord and your Savior, then you are no longer a civilian; the New Testament does not refer to you as a civilian.

But now, there are certain things that men and women will be facing after graduation from this fine place of training and education. Now let me tell you something, they are going to be going into combat. This generation that you and I are part of, is more subject and more likely to go into combat than any other generation before us. There are certain things that ever soldier needs to settle, that it be settled once and for all and dealt with according to God's Word and not according to general religious ideas and thinking. There're a lot of religious ideas that'll get you killed...

...There comes a time in the course of human events, when mean, ungodly people reject the peaceful laws of God and inflict suffering and pain to such a degree that only war will stop it. And because of what I've learned over the last 40 years in a constant, consistent study of God's Word (and I don't study the Bible just to find something to preach); we learned 40 years ago to search out and study the Word because it is final authority in our lives; we act on it as quickly as we would the word of a lawyer or a doctor or a very highly trusted friend; and it is knowledge acted on that brings results; God's Word is the most powerful thing ever allowed in the human man and in his hands to handle on the earth; and because of my study for 40 years and particularly in the lines of which I'm going to speak to you tonight, settle this, I believe in war. I believe in war according to God's Word. And there are some things that we're going to discuss tonight and tomorrow in the background of this and as I said, these are things that need to be settled now.

The pain and the suffering that mean, ungodly people bring on other peoples in the earth by rejecting the peaceful laws of God, that it gets to the point where local law enforcement cannot contain it. When that happens, the Prince of Peace becomes the Man of War in order to stop it. And He will; and He does, Amen.
Now then, wars are fought on two fronts. Now you need to remember that this is in any area of life, most especially in combat. But all of us, I mean the entire human race is facing some kind of war in their life all the time. I mean, death starts after you, the day you're born. And the Bible said 'fight the good fight of faith' so there's a faith fight to be fought. Amen. Wars are fought on two fronts, the spiritual front and the natural, physical front. If you lose the spiritual war, you are bound to lose the physical war.

God is a spirit and a spirit created all material things. So the material things could never be greater than its Creator. So, all physical laws are subject to spiritual laws. Spiritual laws govern every thing in human life. This physical universe was created for one reason and one reason only, to house humankind.
